This wafer is crafted from Borofloat® (BF-33) glass—combining excellent thermal stability, optical performance, and large-format size. It is precisely manufactured to 200.00 mm ± 0.20 mm in diameter and 1.00 mm ± 0.10 mm in thickness. With an approximately 85% clear aperture, the wafer offers a large usable optical area while maintaining tight tolerances and minimal optical distortion.
